Nicole Bremner is a highly skilled and adaptable marketing and communications consultant as well as author, podcast host, angel investor and property professional.

Nicole has a team of marketing consultants who work with her to produce creative content for their clients across a range of industries such as wealth management, residential and commercial property, podcasting, sailing and fashion. She has built a proprietary project management system that streamlines the creative process ensuring that high quality content is delivered in a timely and effective manner.

After a decade working in banking in Sydney, London and New York, Nicole made a move into property development in 2009 alongside raising her three young children. It was during this time that Nicole realised the power of building a personal brand and became one of the earliest influencers in the property industry.

Nicole’s self-titled property and lifestyle podcast is in the top 5% of podcasts globally. In this new show, The Prosperity Podcast, she encourages guests to open up about their life stories so others can learn from their experiences.

Her first book, Bricking It, which tells the story of her journey from stay at home mum to multi-million pound property developer. Nicole is frequently a guest on other podcasts speaking openly about becoming treacherously close to losing it all and the toll it had on her marriage, mental and physical health.

Nicole lives, works and podcasts from rural Kent with her partner, Paul, three children, plus bonus children, three dogs, Stella, Hazel and Mabel, and Jaws, the goldfish.

Whenever possible Nicole and Paul escape to the Mediterranean to sail on Paul’s boat, Savvy of London, an XP-55 by X-Yachts. They recently launched a sailing channel on YouTube, SailingSavvy, which follows the family’s adventures at sea.
