East Eight grew out of a property development company founded in 2009. Since that time the company built over 110 residential and commercial spaces mainly in Hackney, east London. The company received numerous accolades including Best Boutique Property Developer United Kingdom, at the BUILD 2020 Real Estate and Property Awards and Funding Asset Creator of the Year 2018 by Dent in recognition of raising over £6.4m via property crowdfunding, a record that still stands.

We work with our property partners from the conception of the development, through the design and build process and onto the interior design and sale. From over a decade in property we have build a number of trusted partners and systems to ensure your project runs smoothly and has the best chance of success.

It has not been an easy journey with many setbacks and learning opportunities along the way. But that means that we’ve made all the mistakes so hopefully you don’t make them too.
